High School Pastor — The Church On The Way
Summary
The Church On The Way is seeking a passionate and dynamic High School Pastor to invite students (grades 9–12) into a thriving relationship with God and equip them to live boldly as Spirit-empowered disciples and leaders. As a vital member of our larger NextGen and pastoral team, this pastor will align with TCOTW's vision to create vibrant, Jesus-centered environments tailored for students to encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and influence their world.
This full-time role involves leading weekly gatherings, organizing events, overseeing a small-group system, mentoring student and adult leaders, and engaging parents as partners in discipleship. With strong support from and collaboration with the Executive NextGen Pastor (Young Adult Pastor) and the Middle School Pastor, the High School Pastor will help shape a clear and cohesive pathway from spiritual entry points to leadership opportunities.
If you are relational, creative, grounded in Scripture, Spirit-filled, and passionate about raising up the next generations, we would love to connect with you and explore whether you are the right fit for our team.

• Agreement with Foursquare Doctrine and a willingness to obtain a Foursquare license.
• A bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or ministry, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in Youth Ministry leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, teaching, and communication skills.
• Organizational skills, including time management and administrative proficiency.
• A teamwork mindset: collaborating with the Next Gen Team, serving alongside the pastoral team, and adhering to the vision set by the Lead Pastors.
