We have a heart for missions, and this is manifest in a few different ways.
We GO!
We are a SENT people. We take seriously the words of Jesus in Mark 16.15, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
We believe that all of us are called to take Jesus to the world – whether that is to our family, our co-workers, across the street or across the globe.
One of the ways we GO is through short-term missions teams. These are not vacations, but a chance to SERVE, while also having a blast! We partner with existing ministries and go to support the work they are doing, to love people and to share Jesus.
Short-Term Missions 2026
NEPAL
Trip Dates: June 29 – July 9
Application Deadline: March 13
Cost: $4,275
Serve local churches and communities with young or developing churches, with the goal of strengthening existing works. Opportunities for teaching, prayer, and leadership development, as well as support at youth and leadership conferences.
EL SALVADOR
Trip Dates: August 22-29
Application Deadline: April 1
Cost: $1,650
Work alongside local leaders to host one-day Vacation Bible School (VBS) programs in four different rural towns.
PHILIPPINES
Trip Dates: August 29 – September 9
Application Deadline: April 1
Cost: $4,050
Partner with Church Multiplication Coalition in church planting efforts through neighborhood outreaches, school and prison visitations and more. Help to establish small groups for ongoing church ministry.
CAMBODIA
Trip Dates: November 2 – 12
Application Deadline: May 1
Cost: $2,675
Partner with YWAM Cambodia and their ongoing ministry in Siem Reap and Poipet.
Focus will be in areas of worship, kids ministry and discipleship training.
We SEND!
We have workers all over the globe that we partner with in the work they are doing in their corner of the globe. Some have been sent out directly from The Church On The Way.
We support them financially. We send teams or individuals to encourage them in their ministries. We keep in touch and pray for them!

Our Heart For Missions small group meets once a month to pray for our missionaries and support them through notes, birthday greetings and more.
This is a great group for people interested in missions. It will connect you with the world, as well as with others with a similar heart.
